I run workshops designed to create connection and community. Each one offers a space to explore Somatic living, from self-massage and nervous system education to deeper body-based awareness and relational practices.
In a group setting we learn, move and connect in ways that one-to-one sessions can’t always offer. Together we build a supportive, nurturing space that sometimes modern life often lacks, a place to grow self-confidence, explore boundaries and reconnect with yourself and others in a trauma-informed environment. As with all my work, I strive to hold a supportive, inclusive and nurturing space when hosting these workshops and expect atendees to extend this to each other. We have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination.
Somatic Workshops

The ‘Somatic Series’ workshops are designed to run as a course. You must have attended the Intro to Somatics week 1 or taken the Online Intro workshop to attend weeks 2/3/4. My Somatic Series Workshops are no more than 8 people and designed to delve a bit deeper into what it means to Live Somatically. The 4 weeks run once a month on a Sunday, this is to give attendees time to process and integrate what they have learned into their life.
